Limitation of Liability and Indemnity – You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CUFR, LLC, it’s officers, employees or assigns, from and against any/all penalties, fines, damages, sanctions, loses, assessments, liabilities, claims, costs, obligations and other expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs) whether or not resulting from third party claims, arising out of any act or omission or data security breaches of any third party lender or its assigns that CUFR refers your information to.
