Limitation of Liability and Indemnity – You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless CUFR, LLC, it’s officers, employees or assigns, from and against any/all penalties, fines, damages, sanctions, loses, assessments, liabilities, claims, costs, obligations and other expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs) whether or not resulting from third party claims, arising out of any act or omission or data security breaches of any third party lender or its assigns that CUFR refers your information to.
Using the Website – CUFR may ask for certain financial and other information about you, other owners of your business and your business. This information is used as part of the criteria for evaluating business eligibility for credit. Please note that we are not a bank, investment advisor or financial planner. We partner with a nationwide network of credit unions and other lenders that we refer our loan opportunities to.
